Measure the coconut oil and shea
Step #2
Heat the oils and butters while the lye with goat milk cools.
Step #3
Blend the oils and the lye/goat milk mixture together. This is a bit tricky. I add essential and/or fragrance oils and other ingredients, like natural colors, herbs, and poppy seeds.
Step #4
Pour the soap into the prepared mold.
Step #5
Swirl the colors/patterns into the poured mixture.
Step #6
Insert the dividers.
Step #7
Remove the bars from the molds in 2-3 days. The bars then cure for 2-3 weeks before being wrapped in fabric.
