64 top loader loads and 128 front loader loads.
Would you like to wash your clothes with detergent that is all natural, and is free
from scents, dyes and phosphates?
I have just the detergent for you. Prairie Kari Detergent leaves your clothes clean
and smelling fresh, not perfumed- and is gentle on the environment.
Prairie Kari Detergent is made from using a full bar of grated Ole Pioneer soap
along with natural borax and washing soda. One package of this detergent will make
1 gallon of detergent. It is concentrated, so it only takes 1/4C in a top loader
or 2 Tablespoons in a front loader.
That is 64 top loader loads and 128 front loader loads.
It is quick and easy to make the detergent. Just take the detergent kit, put it
in a large saucepan and add 1 quart of water. Heat on stove till all ingredients
are melted, then simmer for 10 minutes or so. Place in a 1 gallon container [I use
an old ice cream bucket] and add enough water to make 1 gallon; stir well. You can
use immediately, but letting it set for 4 days or more will give a thicker product.
This does not suds like commercial detergent, but does a great job of cleaning.
For best results, put ΒΌ cup of cheap white vinegar in your fabric softener dispenser.
It will remove every bit of detergent from your clothes and leave them fresh and
soft. I do not use any fabric softener when I use this detergent. Occasionally fleece
might have static, but with Prairie Kari detergent and white vinegar, you clothes
will not need artificially fabric softeners.
If you would like your detergent with a light, natural scent, you can chose one
essential oil package to be added to your order. Choose from Lavender, Peppermint,
Lemongrass or Cedarwood-Sage.
$6.00 per kit or 2 kits for $10. I can mail 2 kits for $5 anywhere in the US. So
if you buy 2 kits, the total will be $15 for 2 gallons of all natural laundry detergent
delivered to your door! Or you can get 1 laundry detergent and up to 4 soaps shipped
for $5.00.
